News: Woman injured in two-vehicle crash on W 6th Street

AUSTIN, TX – A woman was injured in a two-vehicle collision on W 6th Street in central Austin on Sunday afternoon, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

The crash happened on W 6th St, near Oakland Avenue and Highland Avenue, at 12:37 p.m., with the front-right quarter of a white 2012 Ford, driven by a 29-year-old man, collided with the left side of a white 2019 Chevrolet.

The driver of the Chevrolet, a 32-year-old woman, sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The other driver and his 27-year-old passenger were not reported as injured.

The cause of the crash was not immediately available.
