News: Woman injured in two-vehicle collision on San Gabriel Pkwy in Leander

LEANDER, TX – One person was injured in a two-vehicle collision on the San Gabriel Parkway in Leander on Friday night, according to information from the Texas Department of Transportation.

The crash happened near W Broads Street and west of N Highway 183 when the 29-year-old driver of a gray 2020 Volkswagen failed to yield the right of way while making a left turn.

The front-left end of his vehicle then collided with the left-front quarter of a white 2017 Chevrolet.

The driver of the Chevrolet, a 31-year-old woman, sustained possible injuries in the crash.

The at-fault driver and the two juvenile passengers in the Chevrolet, ages 14 and 10, were fortunately uninjured.
