News: Woman injured after Tesla driver causes multi-vehicle crash on 6th St
AUSTIN, TX – A passenger was injured after the driver of a Tesla reportedly caused a multi-vehicle accident on 6th Street on Monday afternoon, according to information from the Texas Department of Transportation.
The crash happened at 12:27 p.m. in the 900 block of E 6th St, near Brushy Street, when the 22-year-old driver of a black 2021 Tesla failed to maintain his attention on the roadway. His vehicle then collided with a black 2019 Audi being driven by a 26-year-old man and a black 2014 Ford being driven by a 43-year-old man.
A passenger in the Tesla, a 28-year-old woman, sustained possible injuries in the accident.
The three drivers were not reported as injured.
