News: Woman injured after rear-end collision on 34th St

AUSTIN, TX – A woman was reported as injured following a rear-end collision on 34th Street last week, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

The accident occurred at 1102 W 34th Street, near Medical Parkway and west of N Lamar Boulevard, at 11:24 a.m. Thursday.

The 25-year-old driver of a black 2014 Toyota was reportedly following too closely, and the front of his vehicle crashed into the rear of a black 2008 Nissan.

The driver of the Nissan, a 30-year-old woman, was reported as possibly injured.

The other driver was not hurt.
