News: Woman hit and injured by driver in crash on Hancock Dr
AUSTIN, TX – A pedestrian was injured when she was hit by a driver near Hancock Creek on Tuesday morning, according to information from the Texas Department of Transportation.
The crash occurred on Hancock Drive and Woodview Avenue at 7:10 a.m., when the 56-year-old driver of a blue 2013 Ford failed to yield the right of way to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
He then struck the pedestrian, a 29-year-old woman who sustained minor injuries in the crash.
The driver was not injured in the collision.
