News: Woman and teen injured after driver runs stop sign at Lost Creek intersection

LOST CREEK, TX (TRAVIS COUNTY) – Two people were injured during a crash in the Lost Creek area after a driver reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign last week, according to information from the Texas Department of Transportation.

The crash occurred at 1699 Quaker Ridge Drive, near Cape Coral Drive at around 3:37 p.m. Wednesday, after the 64-year-old driver of a blue 2014 Hyundai failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign. The right side of the Hyundai then collided with the front end of a white 2020 BMW being driven by a 17-year-old girl.

Both drivers sustained potential injuries during the crash.
