News Update: Woman killed in crash near Pennybacker bridge identified

AUSTIN, TX- The individual killed in the early morning late July crash near the Pennybacker bridge has been identified by officials, according to CBS Austin.

The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Mary Rebecca Grayson. The crash occurred July 30 at approximately 1:30am near the 4700 block of the Capital of Texas Highway. 4 individuals were injured in the crash and transported to St. David’s South Austin Hospital, but she died shortly after.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
