News update: Round Rock PD ID’s victim of Tuesday’s multi-vehicle crash on I-35

ROUND ROCK, TX – Authorities have released the identity of the woman killed in a multi-vehicle crash on I-35 in Round Rock earlier this week, according to information from KXAN News.

The crash, which occurred on southbound I-35 between State Highway 45 and Hesters Crossing at about 5:15 a.m. Tuesday, claimed the life of 36-year-old Fort Worth woman Janette Gaither.

Another two people were injured in the accident. Their conditions and identities were not immediately released.

The incident happened when an 18-wheeler truck and two other vehicles collided.

Southbound lanes of the highway were closed for several hours as authorities investigated the accident.
