AUSTIN, TX- Officials have charged the injured driver in Thursday’s fatal 41st Street accident with intoxication, according to Fox 7 News Austin.
On Friday, the driver who was seriously injured after crashing a vehicle and ejecting and killing two passengers has been charged with intoxication and manslaughter. The accident, which occurred on West 41st Street and Medical Parkway, caused officials and medical responders to arrive at the scene at approximately 1:30am.
