News: Three people injured in speed-related crash on Redbud Trail
AUSTIN, TX – Three people were injured in a speed-related crash near the Redbud Trail Bridge last week, according to information from the Texas Department of Transportation.
The crash occurred at 3403 Redbud Trail near the Redbud Trail Bridge and Red Bud Isle at 11:11 a.m. Friday, after the 22-year-old driver of a white 2003 Suzuki failed to control the speed of her vehicle. The front-right quarter of her vehicle then crashed into the front-right quarter of a white 2006 Chevrolet being driven by a 32-year-old man.
The driver of the Suzuki and her two passengers, a 30-year-old woman and a 20-year-old woman, sustained what are believed to be minor injuries in the crash.
The other driver was not reported as injured.
