News: Three people hurt in distracted-driving crash on McNeil Dr
AUSTIN, TX – Three people were injured in a distracted-driving crash on McNeil Drive early Monday morning, according to information from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
The collision occurred at a traffic light in the 7200 block of McNeil Dr, east of Highway 183, at 1:10 a.m., as the 34-year-old driver of a maroon 2007 Dodge was distracted by something in his vehicle. The front-right end of his car then collided with the front-left end of a white Hyundai being driven by a 27-year-old woman.
A passenger in the Hyundai, a 32-year-old man, and the two drivers suffered possible injuries in the crash.
