News: Teen girl injured during two-vehicle crash on SH-71 and Montopolis Dr
AUSTIN, TX – A teenage girl was injured during a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 71 on Thursday afternoon, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
The crash occurred on SH-71, near Montopolis Drive, at 4:24 p.m., when a blue 2008 BMW, operated by a 41-year-old woman, collided with a black 2018 Toyota being driven by a 62-year-old man.
A passenger in the BMW, a 17-year-old girl, sustained minor injuries in the crash.
The drivers were not reported as injured.
While the cause of the crash was not immediately available, the report states that the weather was rainy at the time.
