News: Teen and 2 men injured in distracted-driving crash on Pleasant Valley Rd

AUSTIN, TX – Three people, including a 15-year-old boy, were injured in a distracted-driving crash on Pleasant Valley Road early Monday morning, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

The collision happened on S Pleasant Valley Road, north of William Cannon Drive, at 12:40 a.m.

The 35-year-old driver of a black 2018 Ford was reportedly distracted by something when the front-right end of his vehicle crashed into a white 2006 Dodge. He suffered minor injuries in the accident.

The 20-year-old driver of the Dodge and his 15-year-old passenger also sustained minor wounds in the crash.
