AUSTIN, TX – One person was sent to the hospital with significant injuries after a late-night crash on the Highway 290 ramp yesterday, according to Austin-Travis County EMS.

The crash happened at the eastbound ramp for the beginning of E Highway 290 at 11:47 p.m., when a single vehicle crashed, causing an adult victim to be entrapped within the wreckage.
The person was extricated from the crash, then taken to Dell Seton to receive treatment for possibly severe wounds.
