AUSTIN, TX – One person was taken to the hospital following a fall near the Williamson Creek Greenbelt trail this evening, according to Austin-Travis County EMS.

The incident happened near the intersection of E William Cannon Drive and S Pleasant Valley Road at 8:23 p.m.
One person suffered lower extremity injuries during the fall. After being extricated by emergency crews, the victim was taken to St. David’s South for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
