The crash happened near the intersection of Congress Avenue and W 6th Street at 1:41 a.m., when a car and a scooter collided.
An adult victim was declared a trauma alert, then taken to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment of severe injuries that were not expected to be life-threatening.
