News: Pennsylvania woman injured in crash at Georgetown intersection

GEORGETOWN, TX – A crash in Georgetown that was reportedly related to inattentive driving led to the injury of a woman on Sunday afternoon, according to information from the Texas Department of Transportation.

The collision happened on Sam Houston Avenue and Rockride Lane at 2:21 p.m., when a Pennsylvania woman driving a white 2014 Toyota failed to maintain her attention on the roadway. The front end of her vehicle then collided with the front-left end of a black 2016 Chevrolet being driven by a 42-year-old man.

The female driver suffered minor injuries in the crash.

The other driver was not reported as injured.
