News: Pedestrian killed by hit-and-run driver in Kyle

KYLE, TX – A man was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in Kyle early Thursday morning, according to KXAN.

The collision happened in the 100 block of Windy Hill Rd, near EVO Entertainment and I-35, at about 2:30 a.m., when a male pedestrian was hit by a white Ford F-150 pickup truck.

The driver then fled the scene.

The victim, who was not immediately identified, was taken to the hospital, where he later was pronounced dead.

Authorities are searching for the suspect and their vehicle, which may be from between 2010-2012 and may have an extended cab and damage to the front grille and passenger-side headlight.
