AUSTIN, TX – A pedestrian was taken to the hospital with possibly serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle in the Southpark Meadows area last night, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.

The accident happened on northbound I-35 and Brandt Road at about 9 p.m., when an adult pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
The victim was declared a trauma alert and taken to the hospital with potentially serious injuries.
