News: Pedestrian critically injured near I-35 and 290
AUSTIN, TX – An adult pedestrian was critically injured early this afternoon when they were struck by a vehicle near the intersection of I-35 and US 290.

The individual was struck in the 6000 block of Middle Fiskville Road at about noon on February 5. Austin-Travis County EMS arrived on the scene by 12:11 p.m. and began administering CPR.
Responders rushed the victim to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment of potentially life-threatening injuries. Further details are not available at this time.
Motorists were told to expect road closures in the area as police worked the scene.
