News: Motorcyclist injured in distracted driving crash on Palacios Dr

AUSTIN, TX – A motorcyclist was injured in an accident related to distracted driving on Palacios Drive last week, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

The crash happened at 7980 Palacios Dr, near Eskew Drive and south of the Mopac Expressway, at 10:11 a.m. Wednesday. The 39-year-old operator of a black 2005 Harley-Davidson motorcycle failed to maintain his attention on the roadway, then crashed.

The motorcyclist suffered minor injuries in the accident.

No other people were hurt in the collision.
