News: Man reported injured following multi-vehicle crash on Martin Luther King Blvd

AUSTIN, TX – A man was reported injured following a multi-vehicle crash on Martin Luther King Boulevard on Thursday morning, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

The accident occurred at 7581 Martin Luther King Blvd E (FM 969 Road), near Sendero Hills Parkway and Johnny Morris Road, at 8:33 a.m.

The driver of a silver 2017 Ford, a 25-year-old woman, failed to control the speed of her vehicle. She crashed into the rear of a tan 2004 Chevrolet being driven by a 67-year-old man. The Ford was then struck from behind by a white 2009 Buick, operated by a 34-year-old man.

The driver of the Buick sustained possible injuries during the crash.

The other two drivers were not reported as hurt.
