News: Man injured in two-vehicle crash on Cameron Rd near New Sweden

NEW SWEDEN, TX (TRAVIS COUNTY) – A man was reportedly injured following a two-vehicle collision near New Sweden on Friday afternoon, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

The collision happened at 16600 Cameron Road, near Fuchs Grove Road, at 3:49 p.m., when the 36-year-old driver of a white 2020 Nissan failed to maintain a single lane. The front-left end of a green 1971 Volkswagen then collided with the left side of the Nissan.

The driver of the Volkswagen, a 51-year-old man, reported possible injuries during the crash.

The other driver, who was determined to be at fault, was not injured.
