News: Man injured in T-bone crash caused by driver running stop sign in Govalle
AUSTIN, TX – A man was injured after another driver ran a stop sign on Glissman Road on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
The accident happened in the 5100 block of Glissman Road, near Shady Lane and west of Airport Boulevard, at 12:58 p.m.
The driver of a black 1999 Chevrolet, a 34-year-old man, allegedly failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign. The front end of his vehicle then collided with the right side of a black 2015 Mazda, causing the Mazda to overturn.
The driver of the Mazda, a 26-year-old man, sustained possible injuries in the crash.
The at-fault driver was not reported as injured.
