News: Lane closures and delays after driver collides with pole on Parmer Ln
AUSTIN, TX – Westbound Parmer Lane was closed this morning after a driver collided with a utility pole, according to the Austin Police Department.
We are on scene of a traffic hazard in the 2800 block of Parmer Ln. A vehicle struck an @austinenergy pole. Parmer Lane from the crash site to the northbound Mopac service road is currently closed to westbound traffic. #ATXtraffic— Austin Police Department (@Austin_Police) March 9, 2021
APD reported the crash at 10:53 a.m. in the 2800 block of Parmer Lane, after a driver reportedly collided with an Austin Energy utility pole.
Authorities closed the westbound lanes of the roadway near the crash site and up to the northbound Mopac service road as they worked the accident.
It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the crash.
