News: I-35 rollover crash in Austin kills pedestrian
AUSTIN, TX – A Monday morning rollover crash at 6000 S. I-35 Frontage Road claimed the life of a pedestrian, KXAN reported.
The collision happened around 8:46 am. For some unknown reason, a car flipped over, and it then hit the pedestrian. The crash’s impact was so severe that the pedestrian died at the scene.
The driver of the flipped car suffered significant injuries and was transported to the hospital.
Following Monday’s crash, all lanes of Frontage Road – Stassney and William Cannon – closed. Drivers are asked to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
