News: Elderly woman injured after rear-ending car near Southpark Meadows
AUSTIN, TX – An elderly woman was injured in a crash near the Southpark Meadows shopping center this weekend, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
The collision happened on Cullen Lane, near E Slaughter Lane, at 7:21 p.m. Saturday, when a black 2021 Chevrolet crashed into the back-right quarter of a blue 2016 Nissan being driven by a 43-year-old man.
The driver of the Chevrolet, a 71-year-old woman, sustained minor injuries in the crash.
The other driver was not hurt.
The cause of the crash was not immediately available.
