News: Driver hurt after fiery pin-in crash on I-35
AUSTIN, TX – Fire crews responded to a fiery collision on the southbound lanes of I-35 Thursday.
ATCEMS arrived at the scene at 6:15 a.m. For reasons unknown, as indicated in a report from CBS Austin, a pickup truck driver crashed into the back of an 18-wheeler. The pickup truck driver was trapped inside the vehicle and able to get out thanks to aid from medics.

The flames were extinguished, and the occupant was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center for serious injuries.
