WELLS BRANCH, TX – A 20-year-old driver and his 17-year-old passenger were injured in a single-vehicle crash on Howard Lane in the Wells Branch area last week, according to information from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

The crash occurred at 2905 W Howard Ln, east of the Mopac Expressway and Ida Ridge Drive, at 8:14 p.m. Wednesday, when the 20-year-old driver of a white 2014 Nissan failed to control the speed of his vehicle, then crashed.

The driver and his passenger, a 17-year-old boy, sustained minor injuries in the accident.
