News: Crash on Hwy 183 and Cameron Rd causes closures and traffic delays
AUSTIN, TX – A collision on Highway 183 led to traffic delays and road closures in northeast Austin this morning, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Austin.

The crash occurred on southbound US-183 near Cameron Road at about 10:50 a.m.
Authorities closed the southbound lanes of the highway after Cameron, and drivers were asked to detour to the frontage road at the nearby exit.
By 11:15 a.m., the roadway was clear.
There is no word yet on the cause of the crash or if anyone was hurt as a result.
