News: All lanes on MoPac Expy. South reopen after crash

AUSTIN, TX – A crash was reported on the southbound lanes of the MoPac Expressway around 9:30 a.m. Friday.

The collision occurred along the 2000 block of Northland Drive, according to a tweet from Total Traffic Austin

Two left lanes closed for clearance, and traffic delays were seen going back to Anderson Lane and Spicewood Springs Road.

All travel lanes have reopened since, and delays appear to have dissipated.

Officials have not confirmed what led to Friday’s crash, how many vehicles and occupants there were, or if anyone was hurt.

Updates will be posted when they become available.
