News: 6-year-old boy reported injured in early-morning crash on Mopac Expy
AUSTIN, TX – A 6-year-old boy was reported as injured following a single-vehicle accident on the Mopac Expressway last week, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
The collision occurred on the Mopac Expy, north of Highway 183, at 1:46 a.m. Tuesday, and involved a silver 2007 Ford.
A passenger in the vehicle, a 6-year-old boy, was reported as possibly injured.
The driver, a 43-year-old woman, was not reported as hurt.
It is unclear what caused the crash at this point.
