News: 2nd crash occurs near site of 26-car pileup

AUSTIN, TX – A second crash has been reported at the site of yesterday’s massive, 26-vehicle collision, Austin-Travis County EMS reports.

The six-vehicle crash was reported at 5:42 p.m. on February 12, and like the earlier incident, took place around the 137000 block of TX-45. A total of 14 people were involved, and five vehicles needed to be towed from the area.

Emergency responders transported two people to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Round Rock, and a third was taken to St. David’s Round Rock. All are expected to recover.
