News: 20-year-old killed in early-morning hit-and-run in Pflugerville
PFLUGERVILLE, TX – A 20-year-old pedestrian was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver in Pflugerville early Friday morning, according to KXAN.
The collision happened in the 14300 block of Dessau Road, near Tudor House Road, at about 3:20 a.m., as 20-year-old Pflugerville resident Alyssa Gonzalez was struck by an unidentified driver. The driver then fled the scene without stopping to render aid.
Gonzalez died at the scene.
Authorities are searching for the suspect driver, and those with any information on the crash are asked to contact the Texas Department of Public Safety at 512-997-4106.
