News: 2 possibly injured after suspected drunk driver causes multi-vehicle crash
AUSTIN, TX – Two people were possibly injured in a multi-vehicle collision involving a suspected drunk driver near the Bluestein Shopping Center last weekend, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
The three-vehicle accident occurred on Ed Bluestein Boulevard, near Manor Road and Springdale Road, at 9:44 p.m. Saturday.
The driver of a silver 2020 RAM was reportedly under the influence when the front left of her pickup truck collided with the front of a green 2004 GMC and with a third vehicle.
The driver of the RAM, a 22-year-old woman who was reportedly driving without a license, sustained a possible injury in the accident.
The driver of the GMC, a 43-year-old woman, also suffered a possible injury.
The report released little information about the third vehicle or its driver.
