News: 11-year-old and 2 women injured in inattentive-driving crash on 34th St
AUSTIN, TX – Two women and a child were reported injured following a reported inattentive-driving crash on 34th Street on Thursday morning, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
The collision occurred at 1380 W 34th St, near Shoal Creek Boulevard, at 9:17 a.m., when the 46-year-old driver of a silver 2012 Mazda reportedly failed to pay attention to the roadway.
The front of her vehicle collided with the front-right end of a silver 2018 Chrysler being driven by a 44-year-old woman transporting three children in the vehicle.
Both drivers reported possible injuries in the crash. Additionally, one of the children, an 11-year-old boy, was also reported as possibly injured.
The other two children in the car, a 14-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl, were not reported as hurt.
