News: 1 killed in car-pedestrian crash near downtown Austin
AUSTIN, TX – A pedestrian was left dead after getting hit by a car near downtown Austin Tuesday morning.
ATCEMS arrived at the scene – the 1100 block of North Lamar Boulevard – before 8:30 a.m. The pedestrian succumbed to his or her injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is unclear who had the right of way and if the driver will face charges.
